Request a room away from the beer garden for a quieter night.

The single room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, offering a very comfortable atmosphere for my short stay. I particularly enjoyed the new en-suite shower—great water pressure and lovely toiletries. towels were on the smaller side, which could be improved. While no breakfast was served, there were convenient cafes nearby. Dining options in the pub were limited during busy hours despite the delicious offerings, but the staff remained attentive and friendly.

Comfortable room, clean facilities.

The room was cozy with Netflix, comfy beds, and a nice bathroom. I had a lovely chat with the barman over a drink which made the stay feel personal.

i loved my stay at kings arms! the location is super convenient, just a short walk from the train station with easy access to waterloo. the staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. the restaurant had a nice vibe too, great for a quick meal. the bathroom was clean and modern, which was a big plus.

No breakfast options available , especially since the nearby cafe was closed on a Sunday morning. The pub garden can get noisy. I woke up at 6:45 AM due to loud conversations outside, which may not suit early risers or light sleepers. some marks were spotted on bedding, and the overall building had a damp smell that triggered some discomfort during my stay.
